The last thing we heard about the legal battle between Samsung and Apple in Australia was that Samsung had asked the court to see source code of Apple’s new iPhone 4S, Samsung had also asked the court to see the various contracts that Apple has with mobile providers in Australia.
According to a recent report by Bloomberg, the court has now ordered Apple to show Samsung the contracts with the various mobile providers, which include Vodafone, Telstra and SingTel Optus.
It looks like Apple has also had to give Samsung details of the iPhone 4S source code, as Bloomberg reports that Apple has handed over 220 documents which relate to the iPhone 4S source code, although Samsung has claimed that some details are missing.
