Apple yesterday unveiled their latest iPhone in the form of the new iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus both of which include a wealth of new technology, and will be available to preorder from tomorrow in a range of different finishes including Rose Gold, Gold, Silver, Black and a new Jet Black.
Apple has also increased the storage capacity of the devices with the base model sporting 32 GB, while options for both 128 and 256 GB are also available for a premium. The Jet black iPhone 7 is exclusively available with either 128GB and 256GB models.
The iPhone 7 Plus measures 158.2 x 77.9 x 7.3 mm in size and weighs 188 grams and is fitted with a 5.5-inch LED-backlit widescreen Retina HD display, which includes Apples Multi-Touch display and IPS technology. Offering users a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels at 401 ppi and a 1300:1 contrast ratio. Other features include Fingerprint-resistant oleophobic coating, Dual-domain pixels for wide viewing angles, 625 cd/m2 max brightness (typical) and Support for display of multiple languages and characters simultaneously.
The new range of Apple iPhone seven smartphones are now water and dust resistant and are rated IP67 under IEC standard 60529. Internally Apple has equipped the new smartphone with a A10 Fusion chip with 64-bit architecture and embedded M10 motion coprocessor.

The included FaceTime camera is 7 megapixel and offers 1080p HD video recording, Retina Flash and ƒ/2.2 aperture with wide colour capture for photos and Live Photos. Apple has also included a fingerprint sensor built into the new Home button and Apple Pay.
The Battery of the iPhone 7 Plus offers 1 hour longer battery life than iPhone 6s Plus and up to 21 hours on 3G and a standby of 16 days. Internet usage includes up to 15 hours on Wi-Fi and 14 hours of video playback or 60 hours of wireless audio. All powered by Apple’s new iOS 10 operating system.
