It’s raining iPhone 6 rumors these days. Not too long ago, we saw some images of the alleged iPhone 6, as well as details about the screen resolution.
Recently, China Telecom, one of Apple’s carrier partners, have revealed details about the alleged iPhone 6. The carrier accidentally posted about the iPhone 6 on their official Weibo account. The post has been deleted now, but it was there long enough to create excitement in the entire blogosphere.
The didn’t only confirm the existence of the iPhone 6, but revealed it will come with support for TDD-LTE, FDD-LTE, WCDMA, CDMA2000, GSM, and CDMA1X. It also noted that the carrier will sell the unlocked version of the iPhone 6 so it will work on all major carriers in China.
We’ve seen a handful of rumors about the alleged iPhone 6 in the past few weeks. The handset is said to come in two versions: one with a 4.7-inch and 5.5-inch display. The alleged smartphone will come with iOS 8 as its operating system, and will feature an improved version of the Touch ID and camera sensors, as well as a bigger battery.
Apple is expected to hold an event on September 9th where the company will announce the highly anticipated iPhone 6. We’ll update you as soon as we get any other information.
