We heard previously that the CEOs of Apple and Samsung would sit down this week in an attempt to come to some sort of agreement on their various patent disputes.
The two companies were meeting to discuss the patent issues after they had been instructed to do so by a Federal judge in San Francisco, but according to a recent report by the Korea Times, they have not reached an agreement.
The Korea Times has apparently been told by a representative from Samsung that the two companies were unable to reach a settlement on which they could both agree.
This means that the trial will go ahead in July, and we will have to wait for the courts to decide the outcome between Apple and Samsung.
