Ericsson previously sued Apple in relation to mobile patents which the company has claimed that Apple has infringed.
Now it would appear that the two companies have settled their patent dispute and have now signed a licensing deal.
Ericsson announced today that it has signed a patent licensing deal with Apple, the company did not reveal any terms of the deal or how much Apple is paying them.
The company did say though that its total 2015 licensing revenue from all companies would be around $1.52 to $1.64 billion in 2015.
The original lawsuit was filed against Apple in January in the US, a second lawsuit was filed in Europe on May, both of these have now been resolved in this new deals.
