Adobe Labs have just released their latest update, Lightroom 3.4 RC for their Lightroom photographic software designed to be used in conjunction with Photoshop and provide an easy way to manage thousands of digital images whilst doing post production work.
Lightroom is an image management application database which helps in viewing, editing, and managing digital photos, the same way photographers used to do in the non-digital world. An the release candidate copy is now available to download for free from the Adobe labs website.
The new update includes a number of tweaks and also has a number of new camera and lens profiles added, you can view a full list here.
So if you ever fancied giving Adobe Lightroom a go, jump over to the Adobe Labs website for the download. A “release candidate” label indicates that this update is well tested but would benefit from additional community testing before it is distributed automatically to all of our customers.
