Why not just use real floppy disks?

Good idea
These ones are designed to protect your desk or table from the hot cup, I am not sure if real floppy disks would stop the heat getting through, I may have to try it out and see

these are unnecessary. i don’t use coasters, and i’m a geek, QED geeks don’t use coasters.
