ViewSonic has introduced a new 7-inch ViewPad e70 Android tablet to its range at CES this week, that will come supplied running Android 4.0 and will be priced at just $169.
As you would expect from a budget tablet, a few areas have needed to be reduced to keep the price point low. The ViewSonic e70 tablet comes with a low resolution of just 800 x 480 and is powered by a single-core processor. However, Liliputing, who were able to get their hands on the tablet at CES, say the tablet “feels fairly responsive and has a capacitive touchscreen”.
