Shuttle has just added a new mini PC to their range in the form of the Shuttle XPC Barebone SG41J4 which has been designed for Intel Core 2 processors with 1333 MHz FSB and uses the proven Intel G41 Express chipset. The processor is supported by two memory banks which can take DDR3 memory up to a maximum of 8 GB, 2 x 4 GB.
Inside the Shuttle mini case there is enough space to squeeze in one optical 5.25″ drive and two 3.5″ drives. Watch a promotional video created by Shuttle of their new SG41J4 Barebones Mini PC in action after the jump.
On the graphics front the included PCIe-x16 slot can be fitted with dual-slot graphics cards, or a PCI slot (32 bit) is available for other expansion cards. If the PCIe-x16 slot is not used, the SG41J4 can operate with the GMA X4500 graphics integrated in the chipset
Its also fitted with an array of ports including 6 x USB 2.0, 5.1 audio, PS/2 keyboard and mouse and VGA with the ability to fit a serial and a parallel interface can be added with the optional J-RS232 accessory unit.
