Samsung’s latest flagship smartphones are now official and we have all of the specifications on the new Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge.
The Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge is equipped with a 5.1 inch display with a Quad HD resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels, the display also has a dual edge display on the sides of the handset.
Processing on the new Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge smartphone comes in the for of a octa core 2.1GHz Samsung Exynos processor and 3GB of RAM.
The handset comes with a choice of storage options which include 32GB, 64GB and 128GB, unfortunately there is no microSD card slot on the device.
The Galaxy S6 Edge comes with Android 5.0 Lollipop and the device features front and rear facing cameras.
On the front of the handset is a 5 megapixel camera for video calls and Selfies and on the back of the device there is a 16 megapixel camera with Optical Image Stabilization.
The Galaxy S6 Edge comes with a 2600 mAh battery and connectivity comes in the for of 4G LTE with speeds of up to 300 Mbps depending on the mobile carrier. The device also features dual band WiFi, WiFi Direct, Bluetooth 4.1, NFC, IR Remote, USB 2.0 and more.
The Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge measures 142.1 mm by 70.1mm by 7.0mm and it weighs in at 132g, the handset comes with a range of Samsung apps and features built in.
