Samsung unveiled the oversized Galaxy NotePro at the Consumers Electronics Show last month. The tablet is up for pre-orders in the UK for £649 with an expected shipment date of February 4th.
Recently, the 64GB Samsung Galaxy NotePro 12.2 WiFi only version went up for pre-orders in the U.S. on Office Depot for a whopping $850 with an expected shipment date of February 13th.
For those of you who can’t recall, the Samsung Galaxy NotePro rocks a massive 12.2-inch display boasting a resolution of 2560 x 1600 pixels and is powered by a Exynos 5 Octa (1.9 GHz QuadCore + 1.3 GHz Quadcore) with 3GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage (for the model in question) with microSD card slot of up to 64GB.
Other features include 8MP rear camera for photos and videos, 2MP front-facing camera, WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0, microUSB 3.0 and a massive 9,500 mAh battery to make sure there’s enough juice for the massive tablet. On the software side, it runs Android 4.4 KitKat with the all-new Magazine UX pre-installed out of the box.
The pricing of the tablet is without a doubt a hefty one, and it’s even higher on the European shores where it’s a little more. There’s no word about the launch of the LTE-enabled model, but it will definitely be a little expensive than the WiFi version. Are you going to purchase the Samsung Galaxy NotePro 12.2?
