Earlier this month, Samsung unveiled two new Chromebooks dubbed as Samsung Chromebook 2 which comes in two different sizes: one carries a screen size of 11.6-inch while the other one features a 13.3-inch display.
For those of you who have been waiting for the Samsung Chromebook 2 to hit the retail shelves in the UK, there’s a piece of good news for you. It has been revealed that both laptops will go on sale in the UK in May.
The 11.6-inch Samsung Chromebook 2 will go one sale at selected retailers from May 1st while the 13.3-inch model will hit retail from May 12th. The 11.6-inch model will be available in jet black and classic white, while the 13.3-inch Chromebook 2 will come in luminous titan grey only.
The 11.6-inch Chromebook 2 rocks 1366 x 768 pixels resolution is powered by a Exynos 5 Octa chipset with a clock speed of 1.9Ghz, while the 13.3-inch model comes with 1080p resolution and the same processor clocked at 2.1GHz.
Both Chromebooks feature 4GB RAM, 16GB storage, USB 3.0 port, USB 2.0 port, HDMI, sd card reader, and is powered by the Google Chrome OS.
