Apple’s 27-inch iMac with Retina display possibly offers one of the best displays and performance, but it way to expensive for most people and costs $2,499 for the base model.
If you’re willing to save some of your hard-earned cash, you be glad to know the new 27-inch iMac with 5K Retina display is available refurbished for $2,119.
It may not be much, but you still save a decent amount of money a monstrous machine. For $2,119, you get a beautiful 27-inch Retina display boasting a resolution of 5,120 by 2,880 pixels, a 3.5GHz Core i5 processor, AMD Radeon R9 M290X graphics processor with 2GB of GDDR5 memory, 1TB Fusion drive, and a whopping $8GB of memory. It’s available in stock, but listed as limited online so you have to act fast if you want to get your hands on this machine.
It’s not the only model, Apple’s refurbished website also lists another iMac with Retina display variant with the RAM bumped to a massive 16GB and 3TB of fusion drive storage, but you’ll have to shell out $300 more on this machine, that is, $2,419. However, it’s currently listed as out of stock online.
Apple’s refurbished products goes through a rigorous checking process, and comes with one-year limited warranty. Furthermore, you can also purchase the AppleCare plan for them so it’s as good as new. Anyone planning to pick up the 27-inch iMac with Retina display?
