Mushkin has just unveiled a new RAM heat sink designed for the ultimate cooling of your RAM sticks. The new sinks called Redline Ridgeback’s are attached to your RAM sticks using countersunk screws. To secure the heat sink tightly against the memory with even pressure on the RAM chips and providing a large contact area for improved cooling.
The new Ridgeback’s fin array engineered by Mushkin to surpass the heat transfer performance of much larger designs.
The small heat sink footprint improves airflow and keeps your memory modules running cool and clean resulting in a lower total system temperature.
