Makers, designers and engineers leading to cat complex shapes may be interested in a new all-in-one utility knife called the Perfect Cut, designed and created by PolarLab. Perfect Cut has this week launched via Kickstarter with early bird pledges available from $79 or approximately £60 offering a considerable $40 saving off the recommended retail price of $119. “Perfect Cut is a set of desktop tools that performs versatile cuts on sheet materials with thickness like cardboard, foam core, leather, and cloth. The specially designed cutter together with four minutely adjustable modules offers precise control on angle and depth of cutting to save time and increase stability. It adopts conventional 9mm snap-off blades and Perfect Cut customised blades.”
The Vari-Angle module of the Perfect Cut can be adjusted for a variety of different cats. Controlling the angle of cut down to a 5-degree interval, with the snap-off cutter, the cutting depth can also be controlled. If all goes well worldwide shipping is expected to take place during June 2019.
