We have been hearing lost of rumors about the new Nokia 6 over the latest few weeks. The handset is now official and we have all the details on this second generation Android smartphone from Nokia. It looks like the specifications we heard about the handset previously were correct, the device is powered by a Snapdragon 630 processor from Qualcomm.
The Nokia 6 is equipped with a 5.5 inch IPS LCD display that comes with a Full HD resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels and features an aspect ratio of 16:9. The handset comes with Corning’s Gorilla Glass 3. The handset comes with a fingerprint sensor which is located on the back of the device.
The handset comes with 4GB of RAM and has a choice of 32GB of 64GB of built in storage. If you need some extra storage there is also a microSD card slot for expansion. The handset comes with Android 7.1 Nougat and HMD have said that it will be getting the Android 8.0 Oreo update in the near future.
The device comes with high end cameras on the front and back. Up front there is an 8 megapixel camera for Selfies and on the back there is a 16 megapixel camera for photos and videos.
