We recently heard some details about the new 2018 iPad Pro tablets, the devices are going to get a number of changes over the current models. These will include Apple’s Face ID and no home button, the device is also expected to have an almost bezel free display.
Now according to a recent report Apple will power next years iPad Pro range with a new Apple A11x Bionic processor. The company introduced the A11 processor with the iPhone 8 and 8 Plus, it is also used in Apple’s flagship iPhone X.
The A11 Bionic is Apple’s most powerful mobile processor to date, it has performed well in benchmarks. The new A11X Bionic processor would be even more powerful than the current processor and should provide impressive performance for Apple’s new iPad Pro range.
The company is expected to stick to two different models of the new iPad, one with a 10.5 inch display and the other with a 12.9 inch display. The device will probably come with more RAM than the current iPads and we can also expect some new cameras in the device.
Apple could use a similar design to the iPhone X for the new iPad Pro, as the device will come with the company’s TrueDepth camera for Face ID, it could end up having a notch at the top of the display like the new iPhone.
