Moto X is an excellent device, despite the fact that it’s an year old device and will be getting a successor in the coming weeks. In the past few weeks, Motorola has offered several promotions on the device, reducing its price to attract more users.
Now, in another attempt to clear its inventory, Motorola is offering free wood backs via Moto Maker to all those potential Moto X customers who will order the device before August 21st.
Previously, the wood backs comes with an additional $25, which increases the price of the device to $375, but if you fancy the wood backs and have been waiting to get it, now might be a good time. Users have the option to choose from four wood back options, including Walnut, bamboo, ebony and teak.
As a recap, Moto X rocks a 4.7-inch display sporting a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels, and comes with a dual-core Snapdragon processor with 2GB of RAM and 16GB storage on board — unfortunately, there’s no microSD card slot for expansion. There’s a 10MP ClearPixel camera on the back for photos and videos, as well as a 2MP front-facing one, a 2,200 mAh battery and runs Android 4.4 KitKat as its operating system.
Hurry up folks, make use of the promotion while it lasts especially if you want a Moto X.
