The new Moto X is already available in the UK in SIM-free flavors, but if you’re holding off for the customized version of the device, there’s a piece of good news for you.
Moto Maker customization is now available in the UK. Customers interested in getting a customized Moto X can head over to the Moto Maker UK website, and design their own Moto X. The 16GB version, GSM Unlocked, starts at £419.99, while the 32GB version is going to cost you a little extra, that is, £459.99.
With Moto Maker, you can customize the entire device, ranging from back covers to engraving and more. The leather and wood customizations are going to cost £20 extra.
Rest of the internals remains the same, there’s a 5.2-inch display with a resolution of 1920 by 1080 pixels, and a quad-core Snapdragon 801 chipset clocked at 2.5GHz. The handset features 2GB of RAM and 16/32GB of internal storage, a 13MP primary camera for photos and videos, with a 2MP front-facing camera.
Other features include 802.11ac WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0 LE, a 2,300 mAh battery, USB, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and runs Android 4.4.4 KitKat as its operating system out of the box.
