It looks like Microsoft is making some changes to their Windows blue screen of death, the new version of the BSOD was spotted in the latest Windows 10 Insider preview by The Register.
Microsoft’s new blue screen of death now comes with a QR code which you can scan with your smartphone and it will then take you to a URL that will give you more information about the issue.
The new BSOD with the URL and the QR code is apparently available in the latest developer build of Windows 10 which is build 14316.
At the moment the link points to a single webpage but when the update goes live it is expected to point to various different pages from Microsoft which will provide more details on specific issues which may have caused the BSOD.
