The new Microsoft Surface headphones were made official last week and now we have some details on when they will launch.
Microsoft will start to take pre-orders on their new Surface headphones on the 15th of November and they will then start shipping on the 19th of November.
Surface Headphones make it easy to block out the world to get more done with adjustable noise cancellation, so you can focus on your task or just relax with your favorite music. With automatic pause and play, they will even pause the movie or video you are watching when you remove them from your ears. In the U.S., Cortana, a hands-free digital assistant, is available built in to offer you proactive guidance, read you emails, or kick off your conference call.
Advanced Noise Cancellation and Sound Quality
The Microsoft Surface Headphones are designed to provide an immersive audio experience with their adjustable noise cancellation feature. This allows users to control the level of ambient noise they want to let in or block out, making them ideal for various environments, whether you’re in a noisy office or a quiet library. The headphones are equipped with 13 levels of noise cancellation, which can be easily adjusted using the on-ear dials. This feature ensures that you can tailor your listening experience to your specific needs, whether you need complete silence to concentrate or just a bit of background noise to stay aware of your surroundings.
In addition to noise cancellation, the Surface Headphones boast high-quality sound with rich bass, clear mids, and crisp highs. The 40mm Free Edge drivers deliver a balanced audio profile that enhances your music, movies, and calls. Whether you’re a casual listener or an audiophile, these headphones are designed to provide a satisfying audio experience.
Smart Features and Connectivity
One of the standout features of the Surface Headphones is their integration with Cortana, Microsoft’s digital assistant. With Cortana built-in, you can use voice commands to manage your schedule, set reminders, and even control your music playback without needing to reach for your device. This hands-free functionality is particularly useful for busy professionals who need to stay productive while on the go.
The Surface Headphones also come with automatic pause and play functionality. This means that when you remove the headphones from your ears, whatever you’re listening to will automatically pause, and it will resume when you put them back on. This feature is incredibly convenient for those moments when you need to quickly take off your headphones to have a conversation or attend to something else.
In terms of connectivity, the Surface Headphones support both Bluetooth and wired connections, giving you flexibility in how you use them. They are compatible with a wide range of devices, including smartphones, tablets, and computers. The headphones also feature touch controls on the ear cups, allowing you to easily adjust volume, skip tracks, and answer calls with a simple tap or swipe.
