We recently heard that Apple had received approval from China’s regulators for the iPhone 5, and now according to a recent report the iPhone 5 will land in China before the end 0f the year.
According to WSJ, Chinese carrier China Telecom will be offering the iPhone 5 before the end of the year, probably some time near the end of this month or in early December.
The WSJ has been told by Wang Xiaochu, who is China Telecom’s Chairman, that they will be offering the iPhone 5 on their network in China before the end of the year.
The iPhone 5 is expected to be available with other Chinese carriers as well although there are no details as yet on exactly when the device will be available.
