The new iPhone 11 handsets will be announced today, there will be three models, the 11, 11 Pro and 11 R and now we have some more details on the handsets.
We heard recently that the new iPhones will come with reverse wireless charging, which would allow you to charge devices like AirPods by placing them on the back of the device.
According to a recent report by respected Apple analyst Ming-Chi Kuo, this will not be included because the feature has not met Apple’s high standards. The news comes from his latest research not and it also revealed some more information about the new iPhones.
The 5.8 inch and 6.5 inch iPhone 11 will come with USB C and an 18W charger, the iPhone 11R will come with a USB-A connector and a 5W charger. This years iPhones will not support the Apple Pencil like previously rumored.
The design of the handsets will be similar to the existing models and will still feature the notch, there will be new color options for the iPhone XR replacement. The 5.8 and 6.5 inch models will both come with a triple lens camera.
All three of the new iPhone 11 handsets will come with ultra wideband support, this is interesting as we just heard some details about the new Apple Tags which will also use ultra wideband technology. We will have more details on the new 2019 iPhones when they are made official later today.
