HTC One M9+, Butterfly 3 To Be Announced With HTC One A9 29th September

HTC One M9

We are expecting to see the new HTC One A9 smartphone at HTC’s press event on the 29th of September and now it looks like we will also see two other new smartphones at the event.

According to @LlabTooFeR, HTC will also announce a new version of their HTC One M9+ smartphone and the event, this device will apparently be launched worldwide, there will also be another handset for China.

The other devices which will launch in China only will apparently be the next version of the Butterfly, the HTC Butterfly 3.

On the September 29th we might see 2 devices. Butterfly 3 for local Chinese market and updated HTC One M9+ (Hima_Ultra_R1).

We previously heard a number of rumored specifications for the HTC One A9, the handset is expected to feature a Qualcomm Snapdragon 617 processor and will apparently come with a 5 inch display.

The display on the handset is rumored to feature a Full HD resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels and it will also comes with 2GB of RAM, 16GB of built in storage, plus a microSD card slot for expansion.

The device will come with a 4 megapixel HTC Ultrapixel camera on the front and a 13 megapixel camera on the back, the rear camera will feature a BSI sensor and OIS.

The new HTC One A9 is expected to launch with android 6.0 Marshmallow and we suspect HTC will also add this to the other two devices that may launch at the event.
