Yesterday we heard a rumor that the new HTC One A9 would come with Android 6.0 Marshmallow and now we have some more details on the handset.
According to Evan Blass, the new HTC One A9 will come with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 617 processor, we previously heard that the device would be powered by a MediaTek Helo X20 processor, we wonder if HTC will release two versions of the handset.
Other rumored specifications in the new HTC One A9 include a 5 inch Full HD display with a 1920 x 1080 pixel resolution and 2GB of RAM, the handset will also come with an Adreno 405 GPU.
The One A9 is also rumored to feature 16GB of built in storage, plus a microSD card slot which will support cards up to 128GB in size, the device will also feature front and rear facing cameras.
The front camera on the new One A9 is said to be a 4 megapixel HTC Ultrapixel camera and the rear camera on the handset is said to be a 13 megapixel camera with optical image stabilization and a BSI sensor.
The handset is said to be just 7mm thick and it will feature a metal casing, there will also be a fingerprint sensor and the device will be available in six different colors.
HTC are holding a press event on the 29th of September where they will unveil their new HTC One A9 smartphone, the device is said to go on sale in November.
