A new update to the Google Wallet iOS application has today enabled the ability for users to easily send and receive money from contacts on their mobile devices.
The new update has been designed by Google to simplify money transfers between users throughout the US and follows on from the launch of Android Pay earlier this month.

The new Google Wallet makes it easy to send money to anyone in the US with an email address, even if they don’t have Wallet. It’s fast, easy, and free to send directly from your debit card, bank account, or Wallet Balance.
Google Wallet comes with 24/7 fraud monitoring and covers 100% of all verified unauthorized transactions. If your Wallet Card is ever lost or stolen, you can cancel it using the Google Wallet app
New Google Wallet features and fixes include :
• Completely rebuilt the app to make it easier than ever to send and request money.
• Cash out directly to your debit card.
• Removed support for loyalty cards, gift cards and offers.
