Google are expected to launch the new Google Nexus 6 or Google Nexus X smartphone later this month, along with the new Nexus 9 tablet.
We have already seen some leaked specifications of the new Google Nexus 6 smartphone, and a possible photo of the handset, and now the device has turned up in some benchmarks.
The Google Nexus 6 comes with the codename ‘Shamu’, and when the device launches it will either be called the Google Nexus 6 or the Nexus X.
The handset is said to come with some impressive specifications, which will include a 5.92 inch Quad HD display with a resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels.
Other rumored specifications on the Nexus 6 include a quad core Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 processor and 3GB of RAM, the device will also come with a range of storage options.
The Google Nexus 6 is rumored to feature a 2 megapixel front facing camera for selfies and video calls, on the back there will apparently be a 13 megapixel camera with some advanced camera features.
The handset will be one of the first devices to launch with Android 5.0 L which may be called Android Lollipop when it launches. There have been rumors that this new Nexus smartphone and also the new Nexus 9 tablet will launch around the middle of October, either on the 14th of 15th of the month.
