Google are expected to launch two new devices this month, the HTC made Google Nexus 9 tablet, and the Motorola Google Nexus 6 or Nexus X smartphone.
We have already seen some benchmarks for the new Google Nexus 6, and now the handset has turned up again, this time in the CPU-Z benchmarks.
The benchmarks were posted on Twitter by @r0fl, and they confirm some of the specifications that we previously heard about the new Google Nexus 6.
The Google Nexus 6 will come with a quad core Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 processor and will feature 3GB of RAM, the handset will also come with a choice of storage options.
The new Nexus 6 is said to feature a 5.92 inch display with Quad HD resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels, and the device will also feature a 2 megapixel front facing camera and a 13 megapixel rear camera.
The handset will also feature the next major release of Google’s Mobile OS, Android L which may be called Android Lollipop when it launches.
These new Nexus devices will be the first to come with Android L, Google is also rumored to be releasing the software for other devices around the 1st of November.
