We have been hearing a number of rumors about this years iPhone X handsets, now we have some details about some future iPhones.
According to a recent report by Bloomberg;s Mark Gurman, future iPhones will come with a curved display and will features touchless controls.
The new touchless control feature would let you perform tasks on the handset without actually touching the display. Instead the handset would use touchless gestures for controlling the device. This feature is not expected to be introduced into the iPhone X for at least two years.
The company is also working on some new curved displays, these apparently curve inward from the top to the bottom. This is another feature that we are not expecting to see this year, it will be a few years before Apple launches an iPhone with a curved display.
We are expecting Apple to launch three iPhone X models this year, one with a 6.1 inch LCD display, another with a 5.8 inch OLED display and the largest model with a 6.5 inch OLED display. Apple are expected to launch these three new iPhones around September or October of this year.
The design of the handsets will be similar to the existing iPhone, we are not expecting to see major design changes in the iPhone until next year. We could possibly see a new iPhone with a microLED display in 2019, Apple is also rumored to drop the notch from the handset in next years devices.
