There’s a great news for Apple fans residing in Turkey — Istanbul to be specific. The country’s first Apple store is set to open its doors for the customers at 10 AM April 10th, in the Zorlu Shopping Center in Istanbul. We’re hoping Apple’s CEO Tim Cook will be present at the time when the store opens for the first time.
The listing is there on the official Apple website store location, with a date and timing of its opening, but the folks at Webrazzi managed to grab a few snapshots of the location.
The whole store is wrapped in a black sheet, and by the looks of it, it seems the store is enormous. The store occupies approximately 20,000 square feet, and will have two floors. The store will offer the usual Apple store service, including One to One training and the Joint Venture service.
Additionally, it will also features some unique features as per the employees of the store, as well as Genius bar, sales floor and a Family room.
The opening marks the Apple’s entrance to new emerging markets, where it plans to set its footprints. Apple has landed in Turkey, and we’re hoping the company will open up its retail stores in other major emerging markets in the future as well.
