HTC One M8 is an amazing device, which has received its fair share of reviews. The device comes with HTC Advantage program which offer users with one-time screen replacement in the first six months, as well as guaranteed updates and free 50GB Google Drive storage.
If you’re rocking an AT&T HTC One m8, there’s a bad news for you. An error has killed the free 50GB Google Drive storage on the AT&T HTC One M8, but the good thing is that company is aware of the issue, and said it will come back in mid-May.
Dear HTC Customers and Enthusiasts,
A minor technical error has temporarily deactivated the Google Drive cloud storage offer for the AT&T HTC One (M8). Please be aware that we are working to fix this error, and the 50GB of Google Drive storage space will be available by Mid-May for this device.
Thank you for your patience, and we hope you are enjoying your new HTC One (M8).
Sincerely,
Ed Kuhner
Vice President Customer Experience
The news came from HTC’s Ed Kuhner on the HTC Advantage website, notifying users about the glitch, which prevents HTC One M8 owners from redeeming the 50GB Google Drive space. There are no details available about the error, but the Taiwanese OEM says its working on a fix.
We’ll update you as soon as the issue is fixed.
