Epson has launched a new home theater projector that promises an affordable price tag and a bright HD viewing experience for the whole family. The projector is the PowerLite Home Cinema 730HD Projector and it sells for $649. The projector supports resolutions up to 720p.
The projector uses 3LCD technology and has 3000 lm of color brightness and 3000 lm of white brightness. The projector also features built-in sound making it easy to watch movies and sporting events indoors and outdoors. The projector is able to throw an image of up to 300-inches.
Epson says that the projector is easy to set up featuring 1.2 times optical zoom for positioning flexibility and automatic vertical keystone. Instant off is also supported so there’s no waiting for shut down or starting the projector. Connectivity includes component video, S-video, HDMI, and USB ports. The projector will be available in early September.
