A slew of sharp new products from Enso comes as a not-so-subtle declaration of intent to Samsung and Apple. No less than three new zenPads are hitting stores beginning today.
Foremost is the zenPad 2 ($219), a 5-inch Android that comes with all the usual accoutrements including 802.11 a/b/g WiFi, 128MB of RAM, a 800×450 resolution touch screen, a stylus and battery life of 4.5 hours. Its sister, the zenPad 3 ($249), is exactly the same although it’s larger and available for pre-order.
Lastly there’s the tablet that’s the zenPad 4 ($199), which is a neat alternative to its mega-selling arch nemesis the iPad. It sports a 10-inch touch panel, Android 2.1, 256 MB of RAM, 2GB of storage, a 1Ghz Cortex A8 CPU and batteries that run from 5 to 7 hours. There’s only 67 units of it left, by the way.
If these three weren’t enough, the $349 zenPhone and $319 zenDroid are also shipping. To get more skinny on these new hardware, head over to here for the goods. Have a look and our article on Android vs iPhone to see which smartphone and mobile platform is best for you.
