Ecobee Switch+ is the first smart light switch offer built-in Amazon Alexa Providing everything you would expect from an Amazon Echo directly from your light switch such as the ability to control your lights using voice commands, play music or control other voice-enabled devices in your home. As you would expect the new Ecobee Switch+ is fully compatible with the company’s other products such as the Ecobee smart thermostat.
Ecobee says their smart lights switch can be set up in approximately 45 minutes from box to fully functional Alexa powered switch. But remember that the Ecobee Switch+ can only be installed in locations where the light is controlled by only one switch and currently supports 120V AC 60Hz, 600W Incandescent and 150W I.BAL (LED and CFL).
