eBay is one of the largest auction websites online, which lets users post items for sale, check listings, make bids and much more. The company has dedicated apps for all major mobile platforms.
If you’re using eBay for Android, you be glad to know the company has pushed an update, which brings a fresh look and more functionality in messages as well as a number of bug fixes and improvements.
The latest update bumps the version to 2.6, and also brings actionable notifications with high quality images. Unfortunately, the feature only works with devices running Android Jelly Bean or higher. Additionally, it also offers users with the ability to attach up to 5 images to a message using the Android app. Besides bug fixes and performance improvements, here are some new features in v2.6:
- A fresh look and added functionality in Messages
- Attach up to 5 photos to a message
- Actionable notifications with high quality images (Jelly Bean & above)
- Add your favorite charities and donate at checkout
- Search improvements and refinement locking (rolling out slowly worldwide)
- Language support for Polish, Dutch, Flemish and Latin American Spanish
If you’re a regular user of eBay for Android, now might be a good time to head over to the Google Play Store and update the app.
