After yesterdays new announcement by developers CD Projekt RED that their upcoming Witcher 3 Wild Hunt release date would be delayed until February 2014.
Concerns that the other game currently being worked on by CD Projekt RED development team, might also be delayed worrying gamers that the Cyberpunk 2077 release date might also be pushed back.
In a statement to the GameSpot website CD Projekt RED CEO Marcin Iwinski explained that the extended development of the Witcher 3 game would not have “any significant effect” on the development and release date for their highly anticipated Cyberpunk 2077 RPG game.
“Cyberpunk 2077 is developed by a separate team within CD Projekt Red, so the development of Cyberpunk 2077 is not really affected,”-“We are working hard to deliver an outstanding RPG and rest assured, that all the learnings on The Witcher 3 are being applied to the Cyberpunk 2077 development,”
Cyberpunk 2077 is expected to launch on Xbox One, PS4, and PC, check out the teaser trailer which was released by CD Projekt RED last year.
