Bungie has recently revealed that there will be soft level cap for 20 within the Bungie Destiny game launching next month. However there are way to go beyond this soft cap by gaining experience in the form of Motes of Light.
The Motes of Light are generated from experience collected after level 20 and can be used to craft special armour that will then allow your character to progress past 20 although your character menu will only say level 20.
For an in-depth look at what you can expect from the new levelling system within the Bungie Destiny game check out the exclusive video below during which IGN is shown the features that you can expect to enjoy once you gain and pass level 20.
