Blink All Wheel Drive Electric Skateboard

The Acton Blink all wheel drive electric skateboard has raised over $800,000 via the Indiegogo website this week thanks to over 1100 backers with still 20 days left on its crowdfunding campaign.

Designed by a team based in Mountain View the Acton Blink electric longboard is available in three different versions and is capable of providing a range of up to 22 miles on a single charge.

The all wheel drive technology allows it to easily tackle steep inclines and provides a fantastic option for personal transport. Watch the promotional video below to learn more about the electric longboard and its features.

ACTON introduces the most advanced electric skateboards on Earth. We kept wondering why other boards were essentially the same analog decks with some added electronics to make them go. We built BLINK from space-age materials using completely new and patent pending construction. ACTON BLINK has 3 new models for your everyday needs :

– BLINK QU4TRO – 4 wheel drive, most powerful, amazing range & conquerer of all hills.
– BLINK S2 – 2 wheel drive, commuter & cruiser, great range & effortless uphill power. Our best all around. Designed for commuters and students.
– BLINK S – 1 wheel drive, commuter & cruiser, lightest weight, best campus tool & most portable vehicle. College must have.

BLINK is the best package out there right now. BLINK glides with advanced hub motors for a more powerful & smoother ride. The experience on these boards is next-level. Head out on the road and forget about charging because you won’t have to worry about it for a while. If you ever do run out of juice, you can just kick/push BLINK because hub motors do not slow you down the way belted motors do. Signature lighting illuminates your way and makes you glow so you can stand out on the street for safety and style.

Visit Indiegogo by the link below to make a pledge starting from $369 with worldwide shipping available and an expected delivery date sometime before the end of the year, if all goes well.
