Audi e-tron has announced that it is launching a new bespoke concierge service for its Audi e-tron customers on WhatsApp.

Audi UK is taking the hassle out of seeking help with all aspects of the transition to electric driving with its e-tron Concierge Service – a new premium communication tool created specifically for e-tron owners offering a level of personalised service that breaks new ground in the automotive industry. Using popular mobile messaging app WhatsApp as the platform, customers can pose questions and expect to receive a response to their message within minutes from a specially trained EV expert between the hours of 8am and 9pm, seven days a week.
Explaining more about the rationale behind the service, Director of Audi UK Andrew Doyle said: “We fully understand that making the transition to a fully electric car can potentially give rise to new questions that may not have been considered before, and therefore an appropriately user-focused option was required.
