I really like my iPad and want to keep it safe, but I draw the line at wearing it on my chest like an infant in one of those baby carriers. A new iPad accessory called the Assero Defender has turned up and it has to be the geekiest accessory ever.
If you wear this thing on the bus, be prepared to have people mock you openly. If you wear it around your friends, they will call you names. The Defender is a pack that goes across your chest like a backpack and holds the iPad on a flip down section.
It’s cool in that you can then hold onto a grab rail and use the iPad one handed while standing. Perhaps you can use that spare hand to try to catch your dignity before it all floats away. The Defender costs $130.
