Apple has started selling their new iPad Mini, the iPad Mini is now available at Apple stores here in the UK, and will go on sale in the US later today as well as other countries.
The iPad Mini comes with a 7.9 inch multi-touch display with a resolution of 1024 x 768 pixels, and a dual core Apple A5x processor, it measures 7.87 inches tall by 5.3 inches wide and 0.28 inches deep and weighs in at just 0.68 pounds.
The iPad Mini also comes with a front facing 1.2 megapixel FaceTime HD camera for video chat and a rear facing 5 megapixel iSight camera for photos and video that can record full HD video in 1080p.
Prices for the iPad Mini start at £269 in the UK for the 16GB model, there is also a 32GB model for £349 and a 64GB model for £429, these are for the WiFi only versions, the WiFi and 4G versions will launch later this month.
