Apple has still not provided any details on how many units of the Apple Watch they have sold. The company launched their first Apple Watch in 2015 and we had a new one last year. We are also expecting to see a new Apple Watch 3 this year, it could land in September.
According to a recent report, shipments of the Apple Watch have now reached 30 million, the news comes in a report from research firm Strategy Analytics.
Apple apparently shipped 13.6 million Apple Watches in 15 and 11.6 million in 2016, this would mean that the company hit 30 million units some time this year. These are estimate figures as Apple has not given any sales figures on the device.
The new Apple Watch 3 is expected to land before the end of the year and this new device could help Apple boost their smartwatch sales. The device could be released along with the new iPhone 8 in September.
