We are expecting Apple to launch their iPhone 5 around September or October of this year, which would be twelve months on from the launch of the iPhone 4S, as it went on sale in October 2011.
Now according to a recent report by KnowYourMobile, Apple may announce the iPhone 5 at a Keynote speech on the 7th of August, of course this has yet to be confirmed by Apple.
We have been hearing various rumors about the iPhone 5 over the last few months, the main one is that it will feature a new design and a larger 4 inch display.
If Apple follows what they have done in the past with the release of a new iPhone then we can expect this years model to feature a new design compared to the iPhone 4S, whether or not it will feature a larger display remains to be seen.
