We had previously heard that the new 12 inch iPad Pro would be going into production some time in quarter two, although according to a recent report, production of the larger Apple tablet has now been delayed.
According to Bloomberg, Apple have decided to delay the production of the iPad Pro until September of this year.
Production of the 12.9-inch-screen iPad is now scheduled to start around September because of delays involving the supply of display panels, said one of the people, who asked not to be identified because the details aren’t public. Apple had initially planned to begin making the larger version this quarter, people familiar those plans had said.
This would mean that Apple would likely announce their new iPad Pro some time in September, possibly at the same time as the new iPhone 6S and iPhone 6S Plus, as soon as we get some more details on Apple’s new 12 inch tablet, we will let you guys know.
