AOC has this week unveiled two new additions to its ever-growing range of curved gaming monitors with the impending launch announced for the new AGON CX series AG322QCX and AG272FCX curved gaming monitors.
Both monitors offer users a 16:9 aspect ratio and a choice between a 32 inch display on the AG322QCX or a slightly smaller 27 inch display on the AG272FCX which are expected to be priced at €599 and €449 respectively.
The new curved gaming monitors are expected to be available to consumers during May 2017 and the AG322QCX offers native resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels, and inputs that include two each of DisplayPort and HDMI connectors. While the AG272FCX is Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels), featuring two DisplayPorts and one HDMI, besides the D-Sub.
Focus on the game: the AG322QCX invites gamers to a perfectly immersive experience on a massive 31.5″ 16:9 display with an impressive curvature radius of 1800 mm. The QHD resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels produced by its VA panel brings virtual worlds to life in rich detail. Competitive gamers will experience smooth gameplay with the monitor’s 144 Hz refresh rate and Adaptive-Sync support (compatible with FreeSync), minimising stuttering, screen tearing or input lag.
AOC’s Low Input Lag mode bypasses most of the monitor’s internal processing which enables player’s actions to be registered as fast as possible. The AOC Shadow Control feature helps gamers see more details in dark areas and enhances image quality by adjusting shadow and light levels. Longer gaming sessions are now more comfortable and healthy, too. The AOC Flicker-Free technology reduces flicker by regulating the monitor’s backlight, and the AOC Low Blue Light Mode protects players’ eyes against potential harmful blue light.
The AG322QCX also boasts the AOC Ergo Base, offering height, tilt, and swivel adjustments. The monitor’s additional convenient features include a foldable headset holder and a handle. In order to produce excellent image results for individual types of games, the AG322QCX has a variety of preset and customisable gaming modes, which can be easily switched with the AOC QuickSwitch controller -.
The display’s appealing design includes ultra-slim bezels (almost invisible on three sides) and customisable LED lights on the back and the lower bezel, which empower gamers to really stand out from the crowd.
The curved monitors are “gaming grade,” and finished with a glossy red+black colour scheme, and an acrylic tripod stand. For more information on the new AOC curved monitors jump over to the official website for details by following the link below.
