Amazon Key was announced a while back and it lets Amazon place your deliveries in your home. Now the service is being expanded to your car.
Amazon will soon start to deliver parcels to the trunk of your car and Amazon will use the connected technology in many of the cars to gain access to the vehicles.
The new feature in Amazon Key is being launched in partnership with two car manufacturers, Volvo and General Motors.
Amazon has been testing out this new delivery method in California for the last six month and they are now ready to launch it to their customers. Have a look at the video below.
This could be a great feature for Amazon customers who can have their parcels delivered to either their home or their work and placed in the trunk of their car.
