Nissan has redesigned the best-selling car it has, the Sentra. With the new Sentra, the car gets larger, more comfortable, new safety equipment, and more. The updated Sentra is 2-inches wider and lower than the predecessor.
Other features include thin LED headlamps and a floating roof. The interior is refined for comfort, and Nissan says that it is a high-quality experience. Power for the 2020 Sentra comes from a 2.0-liter four rated at 149hp and 145 lb-ft of torque.
The new engine is more powerful than the previous 1.8L engine and is expected to be more fuel-efficient. The 2020 Sentra also comes with standard Safety Shield 360, including Automatic Emergency Braking with Pedestrian Detection, Rear Automatic Braking, and High Beam Assist. The new Sentra also offers standard ten airbags, Rear Door Alert, Intelligent Forward Collision Warning, and Intelligent Driver Alertness. Pricing and availability are unknown.
