Lexus has announced some new features for the 2020 Lexus RX and RXL SUVs. For 2020 the RX get more responsive steering, revised suspension, and for the first time Android Auto. The standard touchscreen for the RX is an 8-inch unit, and an optional screen is a 12.3-inch unit.
The stiffer and more responsive suspension reduces noise and vibration. Active corner braking has been added as well. That feature brakes the inner wheel in a corner for more stability in turns. Lexus moved the touchscreen 5.5-inches closer to the driver for 2020.
The RX and RXL also get two more USB ports with six total. Lexus Safety System 2.0 is now standard, including daytime bicyclist detection and low-light pedestrian detection along with Road Sign Assist (RSA) and Lane Tracing Assist (LTA). Pricing for the 2020 RX 350 starts at $44,150.
