Land Rover has unveiled the next-generation 2020 Land Rover Defender. The return of the off-roader is a big deal, and it will come in two-door 90 and four-door 110 versions. The design is retro with cues reminiscent of classic Defenders.
Land Rover will offer a bunch of accessories for the Defender running from bumper winches to roof racks. There are 170 accessories in total. The interior is said to be much more plain and usable than other rover rides as this one is meant to get dirty off-road.
Buyers can get the Defender with a bench front seat and no center console. The longer Defender 110 is offered with a third row of seats. The Defender 90 has two rows, but buyers can get the bench to haul six people inside total. Power will come from a turbo four making 296 horsepower and 295 lb-ft torque with a hybrid option. The Defender will come to the States in the spring of 2020 starting with the 110 selling for $50,925 with the four and $63,275 with the six. Pricing for the Defender 90 is unannounced.
