A new application has been created that allows you to capture pictures from YouTube’s live streams and share them via your social networks. The new camera application called Frontrow has been developed by and Australian team and has made its first appearance at the Vivid LIVE, “an artist-driven festival, defined by special commissions, one-off events and Australian premieres” from May 25 – June 3

The new application now allows you to participate in live shows directly from your desktop, with the use of Frontrow camera pp. That allows you to zoom in and out and apply filters to your captured screenshots. YouTube explains:
“For the first time, audiences around the globe will be able to watch select performances live on YouTube, and share the experience through a custom camera application called FRONTROW.”
